The shoe is great, the customer service, not so much. I ordered 3 pair and only one was in stock. I had a good coupon ($75 off of the 3 pair). Besides the frustration of letting me order something they didn't have, the coupon was not prorated to the one pair they did have. I paid full price for the one pair, the rest of my amount paid was refunded. I am going to refund the one pair to get a total refund since they couldn't honor the coupon they offered me.

I love oofos flip flops. They’re all I buy. Excited to have a blue pair now. They’re very comfortable. FYI, if you aren’t used to them, I thought they were weird at first. Once you wear them for awhile you won’t buy any other brand.
