I have been in zero drop shoes now for a decade and out of the box this shoe doesn't feel too special until you hit the road and downhills...I am training for a hilly race and running downhill is my least favorite thing .. these shoes are super grippy and make downhill running so much easier
I did size up in size and width moving to mens 9 for. My usual women 9.5 b .. once I got the right size loved these shoes
