Shockingly capable Nike daily trainers. They feel very similar to the non-plated, bouncy ride of the Adidas Evo SL. The rubber outsole covers the entire bottom of the shoe, and the ZoomX midsole gives a responsive ride for both forefoot and heel strikers. Midfoot strikers will be on cloud 9.
Use for: 1 mile - 30 mile road runs, at low to intermediate pace.
Dont use for: Tempo Runs, trail runs, quick pivots or foot work drills. The stack height makes these shoes hard to do any sudden changes of direction and the lack of a plate makes your foot sink a bit too much at faster paces.
Fit: true to size. Not as narrow as most Nikes
