I never receive my item at all. The package was considered "lost". I was given a FedEx tracking number to begin with and the next day, they cancelled and give me another tracking from USPS that was a duplicate of someone else's order. I don't know anymore. It's been 3 weeks now and they have not resolved this issue yet and I have not gotten my refund.
